TRAILS

Call it trails of love because that is definitely what it is. It has been months without putting up a poem on this medium, so let’s kickstart another beginning with love. Happy Valentine’s day, I hope it isn’t too late to wish you one. Read, enjoy, and share your thoughts.

These trails should live beyond this day,
It should not clear with the clouds,
Should not wash with the waves,
Should not mix with the sand,
Shouldn’t end with the day.

Our trails as watery as it may seem,
Should remain solid till the end.
As tiny as it seems,
Should increase with each new day.
As gaseous as it may seem,
Should appear in the clouds.

This trails of love should remain imprinted in our hearts,
Never to be broken, never to fade away.
Be perceived in our smell
Never to mix with dirt, never to stink.
Appear in our visions
Never to go blind but put smile on our faces.
